If you are lucky enough to snag a reservation here (as a non-resident of the hotel), thank your lucky stars. The ambiance & service are first class but the star of the evening is the superb food. Every morsel of food served is spectacular. The starter of hand-made ravioli stuffed with foie gras in a truffle cream sauce with shaved truffles, mushrooms & rocket is simply amazing. We are in St. Remy for 3 weeks & I wish that we could dine here every night...a true 5-star experience
