We found Le Quinze (or Le 15) quite by chance. It was friendly and quiet (mainly because rue de Trois Rois is pedestrianized so there's little traffic noise) but got quite busy both nights we ate there - it was clearly patronised by locals as well as tourists such as ourselves. The food was excellent given the price and nicely presented with a reasonable range to choose from. The menu was only in French (no English translation) but our waitress who, I think was one of the proprietors did speak some English for those who can't cope with French. We advise getting there early-ish as Le Quinze fills up and you may not get a table later in the evening.
