We stayed here for one night on our European road trip in August. The hotel reception has had a quality refurbishment since I last stayed here and is a nice touch. I actually arranged to propose to my girlfriend here and concierge were excellent in making sure that every last detail was perfect for me and I can't say thank you enough for helping make that a memorable night. We had a port view room with a large balcony which I would recommend if your budget can stretch to it as really nice to sit out with a glass of wine when the lights come on. We had drinks at the bar, which although a little pricey was really nice and we ate dinner in Les Trois Forts on the top floor of the hotel which was excellent. The different cheeses on the cheese board was an experience in itself. If I was to come back to Marseille there is no where else I would stay.
