The staff at this hotel and the management has taken good care to stand out in a town which is the biggest in south France and has lot of options for travelers ,This makes it a cosy place right in the centre of Marseilles and you can get good deals if you contact them directly as the booking staff is also quite helpful and gives you lot of options to make you feel comfortable so u are comfortable before you have arrived as this is the 1st point of contact for any hotel for a traveler.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Rooms look like they have recently been decorated. The bathroom was clean. There was an option of a bath and shower. Very basic. Breakfast - good choice of food but would take a miss on the cooked breakfast - sausages and bacon cooked until burnt! Scrambled egg - looked more like porridge. Not appetising ! The area surrounding the hotel - very dirty and awful smell of urine everywhere. There were also a lot of homeless drunks hanging around outside. Rather scary at night time and even during the day!!! Probably one of the better hotels in the area.

Very nice hotel completely renovated. Great design in bedroom and bath. Finally a bathroom with good lighting. Location is perfect, minutes away from harbor. Wifi worked in the lobby but not in the bedroom. perhaps because of last touches of renovation. The breakfast room is very pleasant and has a terrace. Very friendly staff at reception

Room Tip: Some have a few over the cathedral

Good position, very close to the Vieux Port; however the Hotel is being refurbished, so work in progress...as we were there for a meeting, there was a lot of noise and we had to stop several times to ask them to stop the noise.
Maybe becasue of the work in progress, corridors were not really clean - at least the one on the 6th floor, where my room was.
Rooms are ok; meeting room ok too, well equipped and refurbished.
At 8.30 in the morning it is mpossible to use the elevator (too crowded), you'll have to take the stairs unless you can wait 10 minutes...
The bed in my room was shacky/unstable, however they fixed this right away. As usual in this type of hotel, wall are really thin and you can hear all the noise from the rooms close by.
The milk from the coffee machine during one of the break was bad.
Breakfast and lunch were OK, in terms of quality and choice of food
