We went to this restaurant at the suggestion of our local landlords whose apartment we are staying at in vieux port marseille. We were very pleasantly surprised if not a bit overwhelmed at the quality and taste of the food. Apparently the owner and chef have carribean backgrounds and hence the food has a slight twist on the typical French. Not sure what that means but the food was great and the bill came to an expected 50-60 euro for two ppl for 3 courses and a bottle of wine.
I suggest you choose something on the "special" chalk board as this is usually in line with what Evers good from the market and typical of good French restaurants. Fresh is best!
