After rather dissapointing two nights in VIllage of Sault, we were welcomed by this absolutely charming B&B with their open arms - and what a treat it was.

We arrived there a bit before noon, and our room was already ready for us. Our room was spotless and with a wonderful view. Outside of the guestroom, it's a treat to eyes everywhere you look. We throughly enjoyed our Provençal vacance during our two-night stay - so much so that we wished we had skipped Sault and stayed here for FOUR nights total!

Jean-Luc and Virginie are wonderful hosts, who wish their B&B to be "where THEY would like to stay at". I must say they are very successful in doing so.

I can't wait to go back there.

I can say enough wonderful things about this place. I stayed for 6 nights with a friend (who had a separate room with a different view). The views were wonderful, the bed was fabulous (zero back pain), the breakfast outside every morning was like a dream (wasps aside). It was a great place to use as a home base for exploring the Luberon region -- L'Isle sur la Sorgue (great Sunday market), Rustert (ochre cliffs), etc. were all nearby. I came for the lavender harvest and it did not disappoint. The drive from Apt to Sault was chock full of fields in bloom. This domaine was a great place to come to every night. It is not cheap, but I thought it was a great value for as lovely as it was.

I stayed in the Borie Room which I highly recommend because it had this wonderful secluded garden area with a table (where we had dinner most nights) and lavender. If one is available, get a garden room. The pool looks a little desolate in the pictures, but it is lovely and my only regret was that I didn't use it more.

Our host for most of the time was Virginie, who was really welcoming and gracious. She helped us arrange spa treatments and it was a great help. Whatever you are paying her ... increase it. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Room tip: Get the Borie Room or one with a garden.

Beautiful place. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had a cute little balcony too. Breakfast was very good. The views are breathtaking, and the pictures do not to do domaine de l’enclos enough justice. The hosts were so nice, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Great amenities. The center of Gordes is just a few minutes’ walk. We will certainly be back. Very highly recommend domaine de l’enclos.

We unfortunately only stayed for one night...we wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was beautiful and very close to the gorgeous village of Gordes. Our host Virginie was really helpful and friendly. There is a large garden with several terraces and views out over the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was served on one, the lower terrace had a beautiful swimming pool. I really recommend this hotel.

Stayed here as a part of a wedding party and had an excellent time. The online photos do not do justice to how beautiful the estate is. We had the room Tour on the second floor with king bed and an extra
3rd floor balcony terrace which had a beautiful view of the valley. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was lovely. The provided breakfast was excellent with great breads, cheeses and pastries. Location is on the outskirts of Gordes.
It’s easily walkable to the town with some shortcut paths down the hill that avoid the main road. Would highly recommend the location for rest and relaxation.

Thank you so much for your comment ! We are especially happy that you enjoyed the magnificent unobstructed views from our top floor Suite.
As you mentioned, we combine a very large garden, views and proximity to the centre of the village that can be reached on foot.
