Description: FLORA - Ecrin des Saveurs is a small (20 to 25 seats) contemprorary restaurant. Theodora Hauzer, owner & executive chef, propose the traditionnal french culinary with a subtile inspiration from far east where she was born. Born in Singapore, from a Chinese Mother and a Dutch Father, she moved to Europe Netherland when she was a teen. After hotel & restaurant studies in Den Haag (Holland) she worked in several restaurant on the Dutch coast then in the Shetland Islands. 22 years ago, she moved to the French Riviera, then started a sort of "Tour de France" runing her own businesses in Pays du Mont Blanc, Burgundy then at last in the "Pays de la Loire" next to the town of Le Mans. During this period of time, she got many awards, including the "Maitre Restaurateur" title (first woman owner and chef geting the title in the all west region). She was also awarded by the Collège Culinaire de France. Theodora Hauzer creates a special relationship with local suppliers, providing fresh and if possible organic produces. She tries to first of all respect the products, without any artificial technic.
