Great food and wine, accompanied by bayside view. One of the more expensive restaurants in Villefranche, but definitely worth a visit! The Pata Negra is a must for main course. Enjoy!

With a picture perfect setting on the harbor, beautiful weather, excellent service and wonderful food, this is the place to go in the area! Not only that, they also attended to our unannounced, large group without a flaw. Fresh, delicious seafood, abundant salads, and that bread! Do yourself a favor, go there, eat, relax and enjoy!

We had lunch here whilst staying in Villefranch sur Mer. The restaurant is easily accessible from the large public parking lot via stairs or elevator. A spacious terrace with umbrellas for shade overlooks the bay dotted with private yachts as well as visiting cruise ships. The menu covered a good range of appetizers, fish and meat. For the first course our party of 3 tried the Parma ham and the artichoke salad, followed by main courses of the pluma de Pata Nagra (a speciality pork dish), the sole Meuniere and the entrecote de boeuf. Each dish was beautifully presented and the main courses offered tiny roasted potatoes and other vegetables, all cooked to perfection. Dessert was simply icecream, but there were serveral dishes to choose from including the well known upside down apple tart. We found the service very friendly but professional. We've eaten at a number of restaurants in the area and the prices here were in line with the others. WIne was the Bandol rose which was perfect for the meal, the company and the ambience. Highly recommended.

Rooftop restaurant and bar offering clear water views and lots of sunshine. Bar menu just as extensive as food menu. Perfect place to start your stay in Villefranche.

We enjoyed our dinner here; our hotel made reservations (probably best to do so). We went with another couple, and all 4 of us agreed it was a good choice for a nice dinner. Two of us chose the pave de PLUMA de Pata Nagra, which is a wonderful pork dish. The other two of us had the filet de St Pierre, which is a white fish which was served with polenta. The waiter recommended a great bottle of wine. The kir royale we had before dinner was good, and the desserts were good, as well. This dinner was our splurge of the trip. It wasn't as expensive as the well known Chevere d'Or or Column d'Or, but we would make the same choice again. Definitely. Thanks!
