Some nights out with colleagues can be a chore, but this one turned out to be excellent. From the restaurants perspective the decor and ambiance was perfect. You are welcomed at the door and coats are taken, with drinks following shortly thereafter. Although the menu is in French, do not fear as the hostess speaks very good English and is happy to do so to help you.
Coming to the food, you have two set menus (€26 and €36 respectively), plus an a la carte selection. There is something for everyone, and as you would expect from a coastal region, there is plenty of good fish dishes, but just as many meat too if you are not that way inclined.
I should also add, the desserts are REALLY good, especially the melting chocolate pudding.
