Our favourite dining experience in Tourette Sur Loup. The menu was extensive, the house red delicious, every ingredient tasted great and the service was friendly and relaxed. The duck, home made aioli, the foie gras, and panacotta were all highlights. It is clear that this food is made by a very talented chef, and everything fresh. And the view is superb. Highly recommended.

Been several times since 2011 and still the best eating in Tourrettes.

We were staying locally and asked the B&B owner of an eaterie nearby. Situated on the Grasse road it's about ten minutes walk out of Tourettes-sur-Loup (a tad precarious if you're walking at night)
First impressions were that it looked like somebody's house with a few tables in their garden. We checked the menu and chose the €35 set. We had lobster salad with green beans for starters (gorgeous). Main course was a white fish served with ratatouille (fantastic) and a delicious panna cotta for dessert.
This was fantastic food cooked by a truly talented individual.
Not cheap at €90 for two including drinks but the eating experience, along with the view of the village opposite, was splendid.

we dined at this restaurant twice within the fortnight and it is definitely our favourite restaurant in Tourrettes Sur Loup. The food is beautiful, inventive and so fresh. The service is fantastic; friendly but relaxed and the atmosphere was really lovely. And as for the view across the town....wow!
do not be put off by the road next to it. The road does not spoil enjoyment or the view. we ate outside and the evening was perfect.
we took our French-English dictionary with us but the owners were very helpful so we didn't need to use it.

Le Sansot is a thoroughly charming local restaurant just outside of Tourrettes sur-Loup, on the road toward Grasse. A few of the dishes we particulary enjoyed were the Provencal stuffed vegetables and the Magret de Canard. The Tarte aux Figues (Fig Tart) was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and would highly recommend this restaurant. It's an excellent place for couples, or for a family meal.
