“Lovely small hotel, great location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2013 via mobile

Spent three days here in June for a relaxing break with my sister. Hotel is small but perfectly formed with enthusiastic and helpful staff. We were allocated one of the annexe rooms which although large was not as swish as those in the main building. We did however have a terrace with direct pool access which we felt was a good trade off! Pool area immaculate and a wonderful place to spend a lazy day.

Other reviewers have pointed out that the walk into the village of St Paul is alongside a busy main road - we definitely felt too close to the cars for comfort. We discovered a much quieter route though and would suggest asking reception to direct you this way. We didn't find the hill too steep and found the walk took 15 mins or so.

Our only gripe is that the breakfast and drinks were pretty pricey. But with such proximity to the cafes of St Paul this wasn't really a problem as we did our eating and drinking there.

We had a wonderful stay though and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. We certainly hope to return!

The hotel itself is beautiful and in lovely surroundings and the staff were very friendly and helpful, however there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and little storage space in the room, just a wardrobe so we were living out of our suitcase. For an evening meal it was quite a walk (uphill) on a busy road so luckily we had a hire car.

It is a peaceful place in this beautiful region and there is a very nice swimming pool.
we were very well received.
the room we had was a suite with a spacious bed.
In the bathroom, there was a bathtub and also a large shower with a special jet! really nice.

the place is conveniently located near the sea and at the same time convenient for visiting nearby
the back country with wild places really beautiful

We recently spent seven nights here as part of a trip to the Monaco Grande Prix. The Rooms were beautiful with views across the pool and surrounding scenery. Jacque, Rachel and all the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs and had good advice of where to visit and how to get there. The location was ideal to explore Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and St Paul's. Buses cost only a euro anywhere you want to go and only 10 euros on the train return to Monaco. We will definitely return here some time in the future.

Room Tip: Pool views are lovely and choose a larger room or suite if you want extra space.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Les Vergers as part of a tour for the Monaco Grand Prix. We had no expectations for the hotal but were very pleased with our stay. Jacque and his staff wre friendly and accomodating and made our visit memorable. They went out of there way to have drinks available every evening when we returned from long days at the race. The location is ideal to explore St Paul and Nice and Cannes. Would definitely recommend to anyone vacationing in the area.

Room Tip: The suites are uniquely decorated and the rooms surrounding the pool with patios were very nice.

This was a great find on our way through the South of France. It is a popular small hotel de Charme, as they say in French, with very sensible rates, a great staff, small rooms well appointed even offering robe and slippers, free parking on the premises within walking distance to th small medieval village of St Paul and the Maeght Foundation. It is located in a quiet and secluded area, In a well landscaped garden with rooms facing the large swimming pool. A friendly atmosphere topped by an even friendlier manager and helpful staff. I recommend it.

Have been staying at this small hotel in Southern France for the past 4 years (total 8 visits) and always enjoyed the staff, the premises and the atmosphere. Reasonable prices and good location. Off season time is best and weather is still good.
