We booked this place while driving from the UK to Sainte - Maxime so it was very much last minute.
It's a great little hotel, right on the beach, actually within walking distance of a few other beaches too.
The room was adequate and clean, the pool area is well kept and also a good size surrounded by lush well looked after gardens.
There are a small number of beachfront resturaunts a couple of minutes walk away or a ten minute (maximum) drive into Saint - Maxime where there is an abundance of eating establishments.
We decided to stay an extra night and had to change rooms which was no problem at all.
The breakfast is plentiful, pastries, meat, cheeses, eggs, fruit, yogurt, juice and a variety of coffees.
This is a well run and very well kept hotel, with parking and right opposite a beautiful beach, We fully intend on staying here again.
Thank you for a great stay.

The staff is very welcoming and the parking lot is big enough for every cars (seems obvious but sometimes...). To go to the public beach you just need to cross the road ! The swimming pool was also available but we didn't use it. We didn't take the breakfast at the hotel because we wanted to have brunches at Sainte-Maxime. Sainte-Maxime is 10 to 15 minutes by car (you can also walk from the hotel), which adds to the hotel's very good location. We were really happy with this hotel. Or only advice is to book a room on the 1st floor because as we had a room on the ground floor we could hear everything happening in the lobby/ restaurant since the door was really really thin and not so well isolated. Avoid it if you need quiet mornings or do not want to know when people are coming back in the evening :-)

Desapointed by this hotel 3 stars. But this not really a 3 stars Hotel. No Wi Fi,Canal + is not available. No towel available for the beach (just accross the road).
The breakfast : nothing "home made" jam, honey in small plastic container. Fresh fruits : kiwi, apple, orange. No seasonable fruits - to bad. Bread : one brown one white. Petites viennoiserie. Industrial orange juice. Eggs to boiled.
Plastic glass in your room. If you want to use the toilet (without window) you have to place a chair first to have your door open and then leave the installation like this for a while to bring fresh air in your toilet. Otherwise...
Non smoking rooms (perfect).
But they allow pets (a nightmare).
Chambres propres. Room clean.
Linge de toilette propre bien blanc. Convinient for desabled people.

This is a great deal right on a top beach. St Tropez is 6 miles away and Tahiti beach is 8 miles away. This property is small, as are the rooms. There is air conditioning, which is vital on Cote Azur. For the huge money you will save, you will forget the lack of luxury. The pool is very nice and sunny layout. The restaurant is basic and has nice outdoor tables for a breakfast buffet. Beautiful mountains and pineda pines envelope the neighborhood.

Across the road are 10 or so beach restaurants with beach chair service, and nice dreamy lunches. You will spend most of your day at the beaches and restaurants in St Maxime and St Tropez, so the convenient location, provides for a nice unrushed day, and great for a midnight stroll too. Nearby are paths that follow the sea to St Maxime, around 2 miles away.

Room Tip: get the top floor rooms

Friendly staff. Handy for just a night to sleep, but nothing really exciting to say about this place. I enjoyed going to the beach for swimming and walk. For those who like it the pool looks ok. Some things need to be fixed I guess it will be done now since it's end of season.
