“A gem”
Reviewed June 23, 2016 for a stay in June 2015

Thinking back a whole year since we stayed, I feel embarrassed at not adding our review at the time. We stayed only for two nights, but we very impressed with the standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, this year we haven't been able to fit in a second visit, but hope to do so next year. Repeating the walk along the cost to Monte Carlo is a 'must'!

“Beautiful, modern and clean.”
Reviewed May 17, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We came as a family group to celebrate my nephew's wedding nearby. We stayed for 3 nights, ages ranged from 24 to 84 and spanning 3 generations of our family. We had 2 apartments and the separate bungalow in the grounds. All were very clean and well equipped. It was an excellent place to stay.

“modern accomodation in a perfect setting”

Our family stayed here from two weeks from the 11th of July 2015.

We booked a two bedroom apartment but when we arrived we were shown to an impressive two bedroom bungalow which is separate from the main building. It was clean and very modern. “Dagmar” welcomed us at the gate at 10:30 which was half an-hour late, but she didn’t mind.

With our two children the washing machine was very welcome. There was also a microwave, two ring hob, fridge freezer and quiet air con. The only thing missing was a steam iron and ironing board, but everything else looked brand new. The WIFI worked fine and allowed cartoons to be streamed via YouTube which was necessary as the satellite channels didn’t seem to include any English language cartoons.

There is on site car parking space and the gardens were well tended, complete with Lemon and Peach trees.

The location was fine but a car is essential. The local Spar is a ten minute walk away and had everything but closed on Sunday afternoon and at 7PM every other night.

There was a large children’s playground with snack bar serving cold drinks a five minute walk away.

There’s a speed camera beside the pharmacy with a 30kph speed limit.
Several times Dagmar asked us if everything was okay and her English was perfect.

If you are looking for a nearby cultural diversion, the Roquebrune Maginot Fort is a five minute walk away. They run a tour every Saturday and you can get tickets from the local tourist office.

A lovely quite place for a family holiday, would definitely recommend it.
