“Stunning views”

We stayed there for one night on a long weekend trip to the Cote D'azure based on the reviews and were not disappointed. A room with a sea view is a must in this contemporary hotel. Very well refurbished, spotlessly clean and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities in the room which is unusual on the continent. The staff were all extremely friendly and courteous - excellently managed. Breakfast was very good -ample choice and nice touches. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and definitely recommend it.

I rearley use the five stars rating in my reviews but in this it worth it the score. It is certainly the best hotel in Roqubrune and very well managed with very friendly staff.
It a small hotel with few rooms all renovated recently and well appointed with all you may need. WiFi is provided free and works quite well.
You may have your breakfast outside in the terrace just 30 Mt from thie sea side.
The only negative note I may highlight is the parking cause no private place is available so during the peak season you must be a bit patient and look around if you want to park your car.

Highly reccomeneded Hotel.

We have just returned from 12 nights in this excellent hotel. When we were looking for hotels in this area this was the only one we found without a bad review. It far exceeded our expectations. Staff were all excellent and friendly. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. We had a room with sea view which was spacious. Plenty of choice for breakfast.Good restaurants nearby- next door Fillini Italian. The excellent Everest just down the road for Indian food.
A wonderful 12 days in the sun.

Room Tip: Make sure to book a room with a sea view

Staff is outstanding. 40 feet from the sea. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Promenade just out the front door. Would come back again.

After reading reviews of hotels in the area this was getting the best reviews - we chose this and had no regrets!
We checked in - staff all very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is spotless. Has recently been refurbished and now has 4 stars. Is contemporary modern. Beds are so comfortable, firm and queen size.
Room size is great. Unlike most french hotel rooms this is large!
Large balcony overlooking sea with 2 large comfy sofa chairs! And table.
Breakfast not included and charged at 12 euros. So we decided to go next door or round the corner to coffee bar/ boulangerie for croissant and coffee.
Lovely contemporary seating area outside front of hotel - great for a drink and and snack in day and evening.
Would definitley come back here- a real gem. Beautiful.
A mention that we didn't realise- the beaches are pebbles- large but hard to walk on and get in and out of sea- get the jelly shoes if you can!
We hired beach chairs and umbrellas outside of hotel- but hotel do provide towels and deck hairs if required.

Situated 20 minutes drive from Monte Carlo, was just perfect for us. The reception staff were very friendly and all were multilingual. The decor is bright and colorful with excellent attention to detail. The room was sufficiently spacious and comfortable. We probably should have taken a sea facing room, as the "garden view" was not quite the " garden view" breakfast was typical continental good but not great. Parking is a bit of a challenge, you will find it easier to park in one of the side streets nearby. A convenient and affordable base from which to explore Monacco and surrounds.

Room Tip: Book a sea facing room

We have stayed here for the final 2 nights of our South France trip and wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is excellent.

Rooms are spacious, very fresh and well designed, everything is in the right place, comfortable beds, large balcony. Well worth booking the seaview rooms, we spent a few relaxing hours sitting out in the very comfortable soft armchairs, looking at the sea.

There is a road and a bus stop between the hotel and the seafront so the terraces are slightly overlooked and the road noise can be bothering (not heard at all in the room though with closed balcony doors).

Nice little touches like complimentary water and soft drinks in the minibar, thick fluffy towels, nice toiletries, large TV with plenty of international channels.

I admire the way this hotel is so efficiently managed, over breakfast I have seen the manageress Laurence running around and making sure everything is just PERFECT. and it is, could not fault them.

There are several options for breakfast depending on apetite, time and budget, we opted for the buffet breakfast and it was very nice with fresh coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.

They even provide a selection of daily interational newspapers to read in the communal ares - including the Times.

The train station is located very close 10 min walk with frequent trains to Monaco, Nice etc.

Shame that there is no room for a swimming pool and sunloungers....

Room Tip: Choose a seaview one, well worth for the view from the lovely balcony and the comfy chairs.
