This is a pretentious place purporting to break new ground in modern cuisine. Our view based on having eaten there recently is that it serves awful food and charges anything upwards of 40 euros per person.The amuse bouche brought at the start tasted ghastly and was unrecognisable. The main courses include octopus and beef which they grandly claim has been cooked for 14 hours by which time it was nearly black in colour and seemed to have lost all taste.There is no a la carte avaialable- only two other set menus at about 60 and 100 euros ,which could present an extremely risky proposition.
