Very good food. Onion soup was marvelous, vegetables stuffed with meat and herbs, delicious desert... Honestly priced.

We were just in Nice for 5 days and couldn't resist eating twice here. The food is wonderful French cuisine served with care from the owner. I have seen other reviews about slow service and didn't have this experience. Fresh food does take some time to prepare, don't go if you expect to be in and out in an hour. Reasonably priced as well. Venture off the set menu as well, you will be rewarded!

It might appear strange to call it a French restaurant, after all we were in France, but In our experience, most of the restaurants in Nice were heavily Italian. Juliette is just up the street from Place Rossetti, one of a continuous line of restaurants there. Our first night there was Saturday and it was very busy; we sat inside where it was less frenetic. The room is heavily decorated with large gilt mirrors, pictures, fancy chairs etc; old beams overhead. The local lady beside us described it to me as "kitsch", but it worked. felt very cosy, nice soft jazzy soundtrack. Food was superb: duck in a honey & pear sauce, and, most unusual for France, generous vegetables. Very reasonable, drinkable pichet of local red.
We were not in a hurry, but service, while very pleasant, was very slow. They appear to operate with just Juliette and one waiter, who have to run up and down stairs to the kitchen.
We liked the place so much, and had seen other dishes on the menu that we wanted to try, that we returned the next night (the only time we did that in Nice). Had excellent fillet steak and fish. Much less crowded and no long wait. Well worth a visit

Found the place by accident and it looked so cute we add to stop. Nice attention to details in the decor. Food was good and wine was perfect (a very good Beaujolais). Desert was less impressive but starters and mains were nice. Over priced without a doubt but a great option.

We eat at Chet Juliet every time we come to Nice. Open now for 13 years, this little restaurant in the heart of the old town serves traditional, great quality, fresh French faire. So much better than the slowly deteriorating rabble of restaurants in the nearby Flower Market. Good wine list too, but skip desert and go 20 yards down the road for the best ice cream selection in town for pud!
