We went to "Restaurant Les Garçons" on Tuesday August 30th for 2 people. As soon as we came in we were seated right away. The restaurant had a friendly ambiance despite being busy. Our servers worked diligently and efficiently without any issue. Each dish was created carefully like a piece of art. My salmon was cooked to perfection and the chocolate banana tart for desert was the best we'd ever tried. My only issue was that the sea bass Tartar lacked flavour, which is a shame because if it weren't for that, this dining experience would be a 5/5
