Tastefully decorated, clean and very well-equipped apartment with a sweet balcony for breakfast in the sun. Ideal for a couple. The Port neighbourhood is much nicer and quieter than staying in the Old Town, but you can easily walk to Vieux Nice for restaurants/nightlife, and there are also good beaches 10 minutes' walk away. Nearby Rue Bonaparte has plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops and a young, hip feel. Nice Riquier station is a 10-minute walk for day trips to Villefranche, Monaco, Cannes, Antibes etc. Overall, a lovely place to stay in a very convenient location.
I stayed for two weeks. Jason was very welcoming when getting the keys. It's an OK size and the photos are realistic. Great location....I think on the edge of the French residential area with more locals living there. As well as the route from the Port to the Esplanade, you can easily go along Rue Bonaparte towards Place Garibaldi. From there, the old town is on your doorstop plus lots of bus routes. Back to the flat...you get direct sun in the mornings so keep shutters closed a bit. However, this means a nice light level for the terraces in the evening.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! The location is excellent and is but a short walking distance from many local attractions, bars and restaurants. The landlord is very friendly and super responsive to any requests we had. The apartment itself is decorated nicely and adorned with some fantastic local artwork. For me, we really enjoyed waking up in the morning, making a French breakfast, sitting on the balcony absorbing the sights and sounds of life. We would gladly return!
