A gang of 10 have just stayed at the hotel travelling to Monaco and St Paul de vance, the staff at the hotel where very good, the rooms where clean and tidy. Breakfast and the food was very good and we did not eat away from the hotel.

The location is awful! Warning; the hotel description; ' We are located on the middle of city center and the beach area' is the big lie! It is very far from the city, you need to take a taxi there which costs from 50 to 70 Euro per ride! There is no any night bus, and the day bus which runs very few is only till 8 pm. Also with unfriendly staff.

Situated only 5 minutes drive from Nice Airport, this is an excellent "stopover" hotel at a reasonable price. Not pretty from the outside, and with views of motorways and a huge hypermarket, but ignore this and think of the convenience. Despite what other reviews say, car parking IS free, unless you take the option of the underground car park which costs just € 6 per night. Very friendly service - and all requests dealt with promptly and with a smile. Excellent restaurant, with set menus from around € 18 to € 33. Wine from €19 per bottle. Attractive bar and lounge, and even a private pool unlike most budget hotels. Highly recommended.

Taxi from airport £32 for a 2 mile trip no buses.
Good restaurant but very expensive, cheapest bottle red wine £20.
2 buses to Nice town centre. If staying here best to hire a car, but hire it before you go. Nothing to do outside, no pubs, cafes.
Room and bathroom where good, had a balcony with view of building site.
Some noise from traffic outside. Paid £95 not worth it.

I stayed in this hotel with my partner. The hotel is located outside Nice although you are a bus ride away from the Promenade Anglais. Unfortunately the last bus to the hotel is at 8pm. Ideally you would rent a car where you could reach Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. The airport is reached with two buses and takes about 30 minutes.
The hotel itself is very good for the price. The rooms are spacious well furnished, comfortable with a small balcony. The bathroom is small but clean and the rooms are tidied every day. There is an outdoor swimming pool and restaurant and the staff are friendly and multi lingual. Overall I would recommend this hotel but not if you want to be in central Nice.
