“Beautiful rooms, fabulous location and delicious breakfasts!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 18, 2011

We were a bit apprehensive about staying in a B & B instead of a hotel but there was no need - Toni is a marvellous host and made us feel welcome straight away. Our room (The Blue Room) was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The large bathroom was the same. The garden was a lovely place to unwind with a bottle of wine after a long days sight seeing. Toni gave us plenty of information about the surrounding areas which we appreciated as we hadn't visited the area before.
We had a lovely time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa l'Aimee to anyone thinking of visiting Nice who doesn't want a soulless hotel at inflated prices!

We have been coming here for the past 5 years and this will be our 2nd review as we feel it justifies it. We started coming in July for the Jazz Festival, we are now returning May, July and September. Just can't keep away !!!!!!!!!!. Always greeted like a long lost friend. Atmosphere is so cool and relaxing surrounded by beautiful furnishings. My husband always has his best night sleeps here. A gorgious comfortable bed and lovely white cotton linen. The host has never ever let her high standards drop, you won't be disappointed.

The villa is beautifully decorated by Toni, who is a wonderfully knowledgeable and accomodating host. Breakfast is served in her stylish dining room and with freshly prepared fruit salads, warm croissants and eggs any which way, it really is the perfect way to start the day. Conveniently situated and with great transport connections, we much preferred it, to staying in an impersonal hotel in Monaco.

Toni was a charming hostess. She guided us to the property by phone, helped us park, and gave us a great suggestion we could walk to for dinner. The room was attractive. The beds were comfy and the room was cooled by a lovely overhead fan. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Great find!

Stayed just 2 nights at Villa l'aimee as a stop gap between our flights and main accomodation further in land in Provence, how much we all wished we had booked for longer. The property is situated in the suburbs of Niece, we were able to catch a bus from the airport that dropped us off just a street away from the house. The house was beautiful, we had 2 rooms, both a good size and beautifully furnished, far exceeding our expectations of a B&B. Toni the owner was most welcoming and full of useful travel advice, she provided a lovely varied breakfast each morning. The small private courtyard at the front of the house provided a perfect place for a glass of wine in the evening. The location of the house was excellent, just a short (and cheap) tram ride into the centre of town or a steady walk down the high street. We found Niece to be a lovely holiday desination with many interesting places to visit near by, all helped by the fantastic local transport network, needless to say we will be back to villa l'aimee!

We have just had our third stay at this excellent villa. Toni and Fudge make you so welcome, it is very clean and comfortable and fantastic value for money. The breakfasts are simply "to die for" and eaten in the comfort of the kitchen with its homely atmosphere.
The Villa is ideally placed for a lovely quiet stay, but not too far to the City and its amenities. You can catch the tram into Nice centre and a bus to almost anywhere for 1 euro, this is quite amazing. Then you return to the comfort of your room after a day out and relax and enjoy - just like a home-from-home, what more could anyone want?Villa Aimee is exceptional - long may it remain so.

We have just had our third stay at this lovely villa, beautiful clean rooms and bathrooms, and Toni (the English owner) provides a delicious breakfast. Short walk to tram that takes you straight to the Promenade.
