“Amazing apartment, great location, highly recommended”

We stayed with a group of 3 couples and this was perfect. The decor was finished to a high standard, there was ample space and plenty of supplies. We were met on arrival by the apartment manager who was friendly and very helpful.

The beach is at the end of the street and the old town, tram and railway stations are only a short walk away (10-15 mins). There are plenty of restaurants, a local carrefour express across the street and various patisserie's and cafes. A trip to Cannes and Monaco are great days out and very easy to do with buses from the port and promenade.

La tapenade and La Cambuse Nicoises restaurants in the old town highly recommended to eat at but Avoid Chez Freddy, terrible service.

Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this apartment to any group or family wishing to stay in Nice.

“Excellent location, modern apartment, incredible city”

This apartment sits on the cusp of the Old Town and a stones throw from the beach. Nice allows teenagers to shop, kids to play on the beach and adults to sunbathe. Its such a versatile place with excellent places to eat. Visiting Cannes and Monaco are a must and Ciel Bleu is a 20 min walk to the train station.
The apartment has been recently refurbished and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The modernisation offers virtually silent air conditioning and excellent power showers. As a party of 6 we were glad of the two bathrooms and the spacious living/dining area allowed lots of room for kids to chill. A supermarket is just across the road and there is also a lovely bakery further down, warm croissants being a must for breakfast every morning.
Mike is very helpful, and has lots of great tips of where to visit and eat. Being in a City there is a little street noise but the owners are so conscientious to their guests needs that there are plans to double glaze the front bedroom windows. Living by the sea I was aware of the noise for the first couple of nights but you must remember that Nice is a large city and if you want to live close to all the amenities then street noise is part of the holiday.
I was nervous bringing my younger children to a city, my first holiday without a pool but Nice has so much to offer that a future pool holiday now seems a little tame. If you want to visit Nice with a party of 5 or 6 this is most definitely the apartment for you.

“A lovely apartment in a excellent location”
Reviewed July 13, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Four of us stayed for a week in this apartment just two minutes walk from the beach (we became very fond of the palm tree on the beach front which we could see from the little balcony). The apartment is lovely; very well equipped and furnished, with particularly comfortable beds. The air conditioning was effective and quiet. There are several useful food shops nearby, including a small supermarket just across the road, and a wide selection of restaurants. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in central Nice and, on the days we went to Antibes and Monacco, it only took us about 15 minutes to walk to the train station. Mike, the owner, is very friendly and we appreciated how well everything was organised.

“Great location, suitable for family”
Reviewed June 22, 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Great apartment with good facilities for a family traveling with young children. Travel cot and high chair were provided with no extra cost. It was great to have separate bedroom for kids, parents and grandparents. We had some challenges with the stairs (3rd floor), but with good preparations we managed to get up and down with two strollers and other stuff. Check-in and check-out were easily adjusted, as we needed later check-in and earlier check-out.
The location is really great. Only few steps away from the beach and restaurants/cafes/shops are nearby (Rue de France). Supermarket across the street (small selection of baby food and diapers). Only disadvantage was the street noise at evenings and some noise from the restaurants across the street.

“NIce in Nice!”
Reviewed May 26, 2014 for a stay in May 2014

Fantastic, modern apartment, exactly like the pictures. Well furnished and equiped if you fancied cooking in of an evening. Close to shops, cafes and the local supermarket is just across the street. The Promenade des Anglais is just a few minutes walk away. Easy to connect with airport bus route and the train station is within walking distance. Location, Location, Location!
