I and four friends managed to get a table although all the other tables were reserved (they do respect reservations!). Our experience here from start to finish was impeccable. The waitress was very friendly. The food was exceptional--I had fish which was very fresh. The chef even came out to check up on us! And of course the desserts were to die for. I loved my chocolate while my friends devoured their fraisiers. Very reasonable prices as well.

If you are ever in Nice, come here! The neighbourhood is quiet but worth the visit!

I was here twice during lunch time and always everything was perfect. Desserts very original and one of the best in Nice. It's very nice to come in the late afternoon coffee and a piece of cake.

we came here for afternoon tea which was such a delight! the couple who run this place are so friendly and speak english. we chose a tea each which were full of flavour, and more than enough. She even offered to refill our tea pot with more tea if we wanted more! I had the strawberry shortcake which was amazing - full of flavour and very fresh. my partner had the scones which were the highlight - so tasty and had just come straight out of the oven! it was a shame that we couldnt come for a dinner or lunch service as im sure the meal would have been amazing. definitely come and try this place!

We had a late lunch here and were pleasantly surprised with the dishes offered. One was a play on moussaka/cannelloni with great flavors, and the other a pork dish so soft you didn't need teeth to chew it. The pistachio-apricot tart combination also surprisingly worked well. Service was very kind and attentive. Interesting & cool bathroom design. Only wish they were open for dinner as well, so we could taste the chef's specialties further.

A French friend recommended this restaurant and we are so glad we went for lunch. They were able to find us the last table even though we hadn't booked.It was packed out and we noticed how everyone was choosing their desserts from the glass display cabinet when they arrived before ordering anything else. They were works of art on a plate .The apricot and pistachio tart that I had was melt in the mouth heaven,my husband had a vanilla parfait ,raspberry and almond concoction which was equally delicious.The inside has stylish red and black decor,the atmosphere convivial .Aurore was friendly and welcoming, Louis the chef came into the dining room several times speaking individually to the diners about the dishes and their ingredients.They truly are a couple who care about the enjoyment of their customers .we are now planning another trip to Nice to go again!
