We've had a couple of really great dinners here. Because it's a blackboard menu that changes daily there's no 'entree' per se so the first time we decided to share a vegetarian platter with yoghurt sauce and then ordered a main. Have to say, since leaving Australia I'm really fussy about my raw fish but my salmon tartare was amazing; so fresh with an excellent balance of flavours. Second time around I had the cold rockmelon soup with parma ham which was a nice take on the traditional ham and melon starter and just perfect on a hot day. We went for the sea bass; lovely and the presentation was really fantastic and colourful. For dessert we tried the panacotta and creme brulee; both really good but the mousse au chocolat is mind blowing. The wine selection is good too and reasonably priced for Nice.
