An amazing dining experience with unique flavor profiles and combinations. Fixed tasting menu with three entrees (appetizers), three desserts and then a choice between two plats (entrees). The food is so creative (salad of orange, sardine and black olives) yet wonderfully balanced. For our plat we had a reimagined canard parmentier that was both great tasting and substantial. All for a very reasonable price. The menu changes ever two to three weeks. This seems a pursuit of passion that shows in the food.
