We recently booked this hotel from the Easyjet Holidays website. Reception staff were welcoming and our room on the third floor was spacious and very clean. There was plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were very comfortable. The user-controlled heating was very effective - it needed to be - Nice can be cold in February!! The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. There was plenty of nice food to eat at the buffet breakfasts, a good selection which you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The only downside to this hotel was the ancient safe in our room. At one time I struggled to get it open and as our passports, boarding cards (online check-in always useful I find) and money were inside !! I feel it could do with updating.
The reception staff were again very helpful and opened it for me straight away. maybe it was just me!
If I was staying in Nice again, I would definitely book this hotel, which was excellent value for money.

We stayed for 5 nights in June and all together had a fabulous time staying at this hotel. Our room was on the fifth floor and we were very impressed with its size, cleanliness and the quality of fixtures and fittings.
Our room had a huge private balcony with a stunning sea view and sun loungers which was bliss catching some rays in peace. The staff were very friendly and attentive often asking if there was anything we needed and were very helpful in booking us taxis.
The breakfast was good, a wide range, but it was often very busy and a few more staff wouldn't have gone a miss. Being on holiday waiting a few minutes for coffee didn't bother us, but if you were in a rush then this could have been a hindrance.
The location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere which was a bonus; the promenade, the old town, the port and the train station are all in walking distance.
This hotel definitely made our holiday and we will stay here again as long as we got the same sort of room. From reading previous reviews, the other rooms are in need of some repair and refurbishment, so in order to get the best out of this hotel then booking a deluxe room would be highly recommended.

It has 4 stars outside of the door, however the service and facilities are at least two stars.
Hotel need renovation in everything, staff very rude and unhelpful.
Would never stay again in the Boscolo’s hotel
Breakfast is large variety of food but lower quality and the service is slow……as slow as you may have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee.
Good location but this is not enough, also lots of nice hotels around at lower rate and better impression…..

The hotel we booked was out of electricity so we were transferred to the Plaza. As luck would have it, we were upgraded to a suite for our troubles! The hotel is old and the rooms need some TLC in places but in general the room was huge, comfortable, quiet and came with a stunning balcony & a bath big enough to bathe in. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly although I was surprised one evening to pay for hot water for my baby's bottle - only one evening in fairness. And, while the rooms have wired internet available, most of us now have WiFi devices and WiFi was only available in reception.

Finally we have the location and it couldn't be much better located to explore Nice on foot. Excellent
