“Loved his art work”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

We really enjoyed this art museum. His artwork is very unique and colorful. It was very small and all we needed was about an hour. I was a bit disappointed only by the outside "pond". There was a beautiful mosaic on the outside wall that was supposed to reflect in the pond. The pond was filthy...really dirty! but that was outside through a window and didn't take away from the overall experience at all. I wish I would have gone into the gift shop!

“Unforgettable masterpieces”
Reviewed June 23, 2013

This was for sure one of the cultural highlights of the trip, the biblical paintings are simply stunning, the (free of charge) audio guide is very very helpful and recommended. There is a very small parking dedicated to the museum a couple of minutes from the entrance, it's not very well advertised but try to find it as it is quite difficult to find a parking on the streets around there.

“One of the highlights of our stay in Nice”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

A fantastic exhibit of Chagall's most important Biblical pieces. It was well worth the 20 minute hunt for parking in the adjacent neighborhood (at 1000 on Monday).

“Museum tour”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

Interesting, but not sure I would do that again. The best part was just getting to see more of Nice away from old town and to ride the bus (which were packed).

“A Must See for Lovers of Art”
Reviewed June 12, 2013

This was my second visit to the Museum. The works are truly beautiful and cannot be properly appreciated in photographs. This is a wonderful opportunity to see the works of an artist displayed as he intended them. The film on Chagall that is running continuously gives great insight into an amazing man. The stained glass windows in the theatre are amazing and along with the mosaic wall and tapestry, show the versatility of the artist. My second visit was no less exhilarating than my first.
