Stayed in a Infinity room for 5 nights. The room is quite small, in particular the bathroom , larger rooms are available at higher prices but overall fair value for money.
Staff were friendly and the location is very conveniently situated, between the railway station and promenade and a 10 minute stroll to the old town where we ate most of the time. There is a 6 Euro continental breakfast available which was good value and saved the hassle of going out for breakfast everyday, also had dinner once at the hotel and the food was excellent.
All in all a very quant, artistic and well located hotel, would definitely recommend for private trips.

A 5 night stay at the end of April. Great, but fairly quiet, location a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais and a good choice of restaurants and cafes (for a breakfast half the price of what you'll pay in the hotel itself) nearby, with the Old Town within easy striking distance. Our room on the garden side of the hotel was on the first floor and a reasonable size. Plug in the bathroom sink didn't fit. Slept well, though if you are susceptible to noise you might wish to consider investing in some ear plugs because the walls between rooms are rather thin (you can hear everything that is said by your neighbours!) Staff were friendly and willing to help with general touristy questions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a garden side room rather than one that faces the street.

The positives are numerous. Great location. Very friendly staff. Lovely garden. Very interesting and comfortable lobby and the Zen area very Zen.

We had a large room on the ground floor looking into the garden with a large raised balcony. I suppose I expected it to be perfect but the room had been knocked about a bit. It needs nothing more than a lick of paint. It was clean.. Small bathroom and separate toilet were adequate - little things like the broken plug and actually scalding water. The balcony needed a hose down which would take a couple of minutes. Breakfast was a bit of a scramble but fine.

I did get a look at another room which seemed fine. Possibly it was just our particular room. They did sort out the broken cupboard door. For the price I think it could improve its game a bit. But I would recommend it .

Room Tip: Garden facing room. Probably on an upper flor

Hotel is a short walk from the promenade, ideal when coming off the bus from the airport. We arrived before our check in time but the staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to keep our cases in their courtesy room until our room was ready. Train station is only 10 min walk away if your venturing into Monaco or Antibes(which is well worth a visit). Hotel is in an ideal location for the old town and the many restaurants and bars. We did not eat in the hotel but the menus looked good if you didnt wish to go wandering to find a restaurant. We would recommend this hotel if your planning a trip to Nice and want to be central.

Our overall impression was very, very good.
Very pleasant and efficient staff, who not only dealt with hotel questions, but very helpful with general information.
Great location for Nice centre and handy for Trains
We did not use the breakfast or evening meal fascilities, but they appeared OK.
Would recommend this hotel for others, and would use it agian.

Our very first trip to Nice which certainly won't be our last. The hotel is a short distance from the airport. Take the 98 bus to Congres stop which will save you 30+ plus euros in cab fairs. Very easy. It's situated a short walk from the promenade & all the lively restaurants & bars in the old town. Was expecting Nice to be expensive considering its on the Côte d'Azur but was pleasantly surprised. The rose wine is superb plus if you're a lover of fish & shellfish then you will be in your element! Now back to the hotel. Each room, so I believe, is decorated in the theme of an artist. We had the Mexican room which was big, light & airy with a fabulous Aztec type mural on the walk. The best bit for us was the corner whirlpool bath! A must. The only downside is a lack of a mirror in the room. But other than that no grumbles! The staff are helpful & friendly & on hand to offer advice. The breakfast was good & plentiful too. Back to Nice. Do try to go up to the castle/keep (you can take a lift). The views are just fantastic. Plus there's always a little train........! All in all can't wait to go back.

We stayed for 2 nights in March, in 2 rooms overlooking the "tropical" garden, which the hotel chooses to call "seduction" rooms.
The hotel is marvellous situated very near the promenade and the old town; we took advantage (at a small extra cost) of the very useful private parking for our hire car.
The staff were very helpful. Our rooms were peaceful and clean, rather large and nicely decorated, although in one room the bath was not an inviting bathtub, more of a large rectangular tiled deep trough. The french window did indeed open onto the glossy leaved trees in the garden, which must be pleasant in summer.
We ate both rainy evenings in the convenient hotel restaurant with it's open fire, where the staff were most welcoming, the menu enticing and the food very enjoyable. Breakfast was also served there, and was a well-stocked self-serve buffet.
