Good hotel, typical business trip style. Location is far from city centre but on th eother hand is just besides the airport so it can be convinient depending on the objective.
Hotel has parking but they chatged 15 euros per night.

Fairly standard airport hotel, friendly and efficient staff at reception (with good English) and room was fine and clean. Would be quite a walk from Terminal 2, OK from Terminal 1 but only once you know where you are going. At Terminal 2 the bus stop is easy to find, there's a sign saying to call for a pickup from a special phone inside the terminal, but if there is a phone it's well hidden, at least the number is shown at the bus stop, the person answering was helpful and the shuttle came quickly. Breakfast was nothing special but has the basics and was included in the room rate so no complaints. There's a half hourly bus back to the terminals.

I found the hotel very practical for the work location up in La Gaude. It is right by the airport and you can either the hotel shuttle or walk (from the left terminal it is a 10min walk). Don't expect a fancy hotel, although the business rooms are spacious and quiet even though they face the airport. The breakfast is outside by the pool bar. It is ok, although the hot items are often just luke-warm and the scrambled eggs are not recommended. They serve cappuccino and espresso from the bar which is fine.
The pool is nice when you find the time to enjoy the sun for a while.
The reception is sometimes understaffed especially when large travel groups arrive, then the lobby is just a zoo.
There is also a fitness room and a hammam, nothing special but usable.
The garage is very narrow and requires particular driving skills and courage to get in and out.

I was impressed by the fact that this hotel tried to be more than just an airport hotel. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful(in regards to an earlier reveiw this is France and it's quite reasonable to try and speak French....with my absolutely hopeless French we received acceptable service.) We were able to take a shuttle to the beach quite late at night and the pool, sandwiched between motorways, was designed in a way that somehow managed to block out the noise and discomfort of being so close to traffic. For the price this is a perfectly reasonable hotel.

It is located very close to the airport. You still need to take the shuttle, but it is a very short ride. Your can easily go to the downtown area by bus. It is wonderful along the Promenade des Anglais. YOU MUST KNOW HOWEVER: There is nobody to help you with your bags. You can temporarily park in the basement to unload and get a metal wheeled stand to put them on, but when you are travelling with a family, this can be difficult. There is a nice pool across from the lobby (outside) with a restaurant that serves you at the table. There is no view, no fantastic decor, but it gives a good bang for the buck.

We were excited about staying in a four star hotel with access to a private beach. Upon arrival it is definitely not 4 star, maybe two but thats pushing it. It has no private beach, instead you get a discount at a hotel down the road. The rooms are terrible, with a 70's inspired decor. The staff are hopeless, not knowing the local area and handing out incorrect timetables for the local buses into town. At 10pm the chef also decided that it was time to close the restaurant. To top it off someone decided the that the lift was a great thing to use as a urinal, and I have never seen hotel staff react so slow to what i consider a big issue once advised.

The pool is great, but i'd go elsewhere.

Room Tip: book elsewhere.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the Cannes boat show, rooms were ok although the decor was very 70 s with bright colours and bizarre photos , the service was shocking and the staff were so rude it was unbelievable, we were in the bar, restaurant, breakfast area outside the hotel across the road, the staff did not know how to pour a drink? Make a cup of tea or coffee? Hello is this a Hotel ?
Room service was non existent , this joint advertises as a four star hotel , oh dear , who hands out these awards?
If you speak fluent French you might be in with a chance of a decent stay but I doubt it, if you don't speak French expect the worst.
Do yourself a favour and give it a miss, we were with friends and we had a laugh about it and survived as we were there two night only .

You have been warned

Peter and Elaine

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else, if you speak fluent French you might have a chance but it's doubtfull even...
