Well this restaurant has turned the traditional Spanish concept of Tapas on its head and clothed it in the cloak of haute cuisine.
We had all 8 offerings and each was an outstanding composition of flavours, textures and aromas.
The sashimi and beef tartare were particularly exceptional.
The traditional lemon citron dessert was a fitting end in itself. The best we have tasted.
The service is at par with the food. Our request for Fresh mint tea, not on the menu was swiftly met and was an excellent brew to aid in digestion of this most memorable of meals.
