By far the best vegan restaurant we have visited in Nice, in terms of all the below mentioned points. They have strong values, for example, they serve ‘house’ filtered tap water (free) to the guests. There’s proper furniture and the decorations look fresh. You feel happy having gone slightly out of the main street to find this cafe. Actually the name ‘cafe’ doesn’t do it justice. The service is more like a decent french restaurant. The staff wears hygiene gloves when they work. And we were served a homemade aperitif (non alcoholic, no added refine sugars) with some vegan canapés while we decide on our choices. The restaurant is traversant and hence we enjoy the wide and bright space. In the cafe/restaurant, you could see the water filter system, and also the sprout garden. This is a place to be more mainstream! The food is prepared fresh and the ingredients are also fresh looking, nothing precut or presliced. We are totally satisfied and promised to return to ‘our place’. It is true, it is indeed a tranquil oasis from the main fare of the old town.
