We enjoyed exceptional food here and the setting by the port is lovely especially in the evening. My sword fish steak was so moist and tasty as were my friends scallops.
Our waitress was helpful and efficient but our evening was spoilt by the lady who owns the restaurant. She spent the whole evening talking to her regular customers but ignoring everyone else. At on point she sat at the next table to ours and lit a cigarette even though she could see we were still eating. Our table was outside but I still thought it most inconsiderate.

The waitress was very welcoming and looked after us very well. She had spent time in my own town so her english was good.

I had the set menu and found the food very tasty and presented. Rabbit entree, Sea Bass main and an apple tart for dessert. The others at the table also relly enjoyed there food.

For a true, authentic French meal, you can't go wrong here. Home made food, professional, friendly staff and owners, overlooking the port of Nice. Must try the Foie Gras and home made desserts.

Last dined here in October, as always we were not dissapointed we left feeling that the evening had been a special one.
The menu choices are comprehensive and each dish is made from scratch.
Service is discreet yet always attentive.
Dine within tastefully decorated restaurant or Al Fresco.
Perfect for long lunches or leisurely dinner
Madame and her daughter run front of house and a warm welcome is always assured
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a peaceful stress free dining experience

Sitting in the edge if the port this charming restaurant was the only place we found that served frogs legs. Don't go here if you are in a hurry! We took three hours over lunch which was perfect as we were killing time. The Madame is charming and service as pleasant can be. And the food is sublime. Scallops in coconut milk and lemon grass. Goats cheese salad. The biggest slice of foie gras I have ever seen on the fillet Rossini. And crazy cheap vin! Or expensive if you want. Views of the super rich yachts. A pleasant breeze. Absolutely fantastic and a great way to end a few days in nice. Would definitely go back next time we visit. The port is a world away from the crazy tourisme of the promenade d'anglais. You will not be sorry
