No Earl Gray tea, no English Breakfast tea and pretty unfriendly. Long life Starbucks France. Expected more from this American chain

When we had time before our flight we popped in for coffee. It was good, selection of snack ok but the service should smile more

Shocking service! Lazy incompetent staff unable to make a decent cappuccino or gauge how to fill a cup! Laughing whilst serving customers and generally not giving a damn about people waiting and taking their order properly.
We had a late flight so everywhere else was shut. No excuse for these two idiots to take five euros for a coffee or tea and still mess it up! Others were complaining as well as they clearly had no experience and obviously didn't appear care either.
Just because this an expensive part of the world does not mean all visitors are dripping on money so need to ripped off by people and places like this.
I had to ask the person to fill the cup with more milk as it was two thirds froth and two inches of coffee! He said but that's a cappuccino! Yes I know! But for five quid it's bloody expensive! And inadequate! Get it together.

No.1 Awful service.
No.2 Overinflated prices.
No.3. Dirty uncleared tables.

Only saving grace....macNcheese.

Extremely slow!!!! More than 20 mins to serve 5 customers. This is really bad especoally for an airport where people have flights to catch. 2 employees in total
.. one od rhem completrly untrained....
