I visited the restaurant in Dec 2012. The food was excellent as the pairing with different olive oils gave each dish a different dimension. I never knew olive oil can be paired like how wine is paired with a dish.
The most unforgettable part of the meal was desserts which had tiramisu served with olive oil. The olive oil used made the tiramisu so creamy.
After the meal, my family bought two bottles of Bouteillan. Sadly, due to the lack of supply, the olive oil used for their tiramisu was not for sale.
However in Dec 2013, after numerous calls, I managed to order a small quantity of the olive oil used in their tiramisu. The service and effort taken to aid me in the order was wonderful. I really appreciate their help.
