Every dish was marvelous in terms of presentation and taste. Sweet, Sour, fatty, bitter.... all the tastes were harmonized in each plates.

Amazing food, beautiful restaurant & lovely staff! My partner & I enjoyed dinner here on 22nd December 2018 for my birthday. The food was well presented as well as tasting amazing. The staff were very attentive & professional, explaining the dishes & the flavours as we were served. We loved the extra touches such as the amuse bouche, cauliflower soup & finally the truffles at the end of the meal. We'll definitely recommend to anyone visiting Nice!

We had 3-course lunches (58 € each with fish and with chicken). A glass of rosé (9 €), a glass of white (9 €, normal quality).

Amuse-bouches: spinach ravioli. Unfortunately terrible. Dry, fried raviolis. Why. Amuse-bouche definitely should be refreshing instead of boring and heavy. The fish paste was boring, like school food. The second amuse-bouche was easily the best part of the whole meal. Perfect warm cauliflower soup topped with a cold truffle foam. What a stylish dish, utilizing the best possible use of truffle. Amazing.

The first dish, minced crab inside an apple shell with anis and raw apple, divided opinions. It was extremely pretty and refreshing, on the other hand it was slightly sweet to be a starter. With small adjustments it could be perfect (slightly less sweet, more savory, perhaps more crab, perhaps a tiny bit of something even fresher in the mousse).

The fish main was very ordinary taste-wise. Pretty but nothing special. The chicken was frustrating. So much work but no results. A traditional recipe/rendition for chicken would've been much tastier and more satisfying. Not good use of truffle (didn't add anything useful to the dish). The stuffings were not pretty or appealing. Leek was very forgettable. Chicken would've been so much nicer with a crisp skin, with a thick demi-glace wine sauce or cooked in wine in oven.

The dessert was frustrating as well. Coconut flakes are not interesting. The thin pineapple was by far the best part and it showed perfect use for the middle part (it was delicious while usually it's too hard to be eaten). White (green colored) chocolate was lacking in taste. The purées were fine. Fresh fruits were nice, though only a small amount of them was included. Expensive for what it is, as expected. An upscale place without positive surprises, however recommendable if you're happy to pay extra for the location and settle for inconsictency.
