In France, you would not think of eating anything but french food. But do try this vietnamese restaurant, it is worth it! It is very clean, reasonnably priced, and absolutely delicious. The owner does the service, and his wife is the cook. What to eat? Start with "nems" the vietnamese egg rolls similar but so much better than the chinese ones. Then "spicy shrimps", and"beef aux oignons" which are our favourites, For those who are familiar with vietnamese food, the "banh cuon" is excellent, and is enough for a meal if you' re not very hungry. We have not tried the whole menu and sort of always order the same things, but we took some friends and they were very happy with their choices. We go to Nice twice a year and for us it is a must to go there at least once on every trip .
The restaurant is a block down from the railway station, in the center of town.
We are canadians but I spent several years in viet-nam so I know what real vietnamese food is.
