I was pretty surprised that a Vietnamese restaurant could have gotten one star Michelin back in 2009 and several travelers awards in France during the past couple of years so I expected the best of the best only.
But I probably had too high expectations, the food in general was good, but not exceptional. I was amazed the thin rice noodles were made that perfect. But the Fried rice was only average along with the meat else where.
Service was excellent and would be rated 110%. The owner was serving us and he was extremely helpful after I asked him for advice and he was not greedy like otherwise would have been. He only offered what was suitable for us. When leaving the restaurant he even opened the door for us.
Conclusion is that this is a very cheap restaurant for great food, please try. We spent like 74€ for food for 3 adults and 2 children and there were still enough food left.
