At the outset you need to know this is not much more than a 3 or 3.5 star property even if it has 4 or 5 star type amenities and location. As long as you know that going in then you'll likely enjoy your stay for the wonderful location, its beach and access to the restaurants of JLP.
The hotel is not cheap, and the public areas of the hotel have seen much better days, but it would be a pity to come to the south of France and then not have a room with a sea-view and balcony so you are going to be paying a pretty price to stay - and you are going to pay extra for almost everything you can think of including most TV channels.
The service of the front desk staff is equal to any 5-star hotel I have stayed in - Katerina and her colleagues are super - multi-lingual, helpful and reliable in every way.

Room Tip: Don't select a room on the street side unless you plan on staying out late or sleep heavily - cl...

We booked a superior room and were very comfortable. Beautiful views from our room and terrace, and valet service excellent. Didn't eat in the restaurant - it looked far too bright (lights). Staff very helpful, and dry cleaning service excellent. Going to sleep listening to waves on beach was superb

Sipping a glass of wine on the balcony watching the sunset over the Mediterranean on the French Riviera...it was wonderful! Fairly priced, on the beach, a restaurant and bar on site, in the middle of shopping, cafes, bars, etc. we enjoyed the Garden Beach very much. The beach setup was extra (not unusual) but they offer beach food and beverage service and take good care of you.

Rooms can be hit or miss, make sure you don't an old smoking room, they still have that smell. Ours was on the 5th floor and was great!

The staff was very patient with us, we speak very limited French and that not very well, but they were pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to take care of us the whole week.

If you've traveled Europe at all, you'll be very pleased!

A great spot on the beach and right in the heart of Juan Les Pins. Make sure you aren't in one of the old smoking rooms (ours originally was level 2) as they smell strongly of stale cigarettes. Sunbeds and gym are extra even for hotel guests!

Staff were a bit stressed and some unfriendly and short.

We were booked into this hotel by Railbookers, we don't know what price we paid, but the overall holiday cost was good value so we must have paid a sensible rate for 3 nights. The sky-high published rates behind reception must be just their little joke! At first sight this hotel seems more the kind of place you would go for a business conference, but we found the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bell-hops/car park valets.( It always takes me a while to get used to the idea of valet parking but it makes sense in such a crowded location as it is at the front. Be aware it will cost you 25 euro per day if you have a car there, I don't think that's unreasonable.) Our room was big enough and comfortable, otherwise just like any other. But, once you go out of the back doors it is a different world, the sea view and beach are wonderful to behold. It may be expensive to lie on a sun-bed but we just wanted to look at the boats and walk along the beach - we spent our days sightseeing in other places, but it was great to come back in the evening. The beach restaurant is pricey, of course, but a fabulous location after dark - we had to have one dinner there and just swallow the cost! You can eat and drink more cheaply in the town, just have a look around the station area - we found a nice pub-style bar, and a cheap & cheerful Italian restaurant, within 5 mins walk. I agree with the person who said the mini bar prices are a joke - my tip (don't tell the management) is go to the little supermarket round the corner, then take their stuff out of the fridge overnight and put yours in. In morning put yours in a cold-bag for the day and put their's back in. Be discreet and don't leave your empties lying about! (Unfortunately all minibars are like this and are only for people whose bills are paid by someone else.)
Overall we felt that we had a holiday at reasonable cost in one of the smartest resorts in Europe, full of life and with a firework display on the beach as a bonus on our last night.

Room Tip: Get a sea view if you can - we didn't, but we booked late.

Just stayed four nights at this horrible hotel whilst doing a driving tour of Europe. We booked two rooms through Cresta in the UK. Prior to going to the Garden Beach we stayed two nights in the IBIS hotel just on the outskirts of the town centre - just wished we'd stayed there all the time. I called at the Garden Beach the day before our arrival.I explained to the unhelpful duty manageress that we would like at least one room near a lift as one of our party has slight mobility problems. I once again mentioned this when we checked in the following morning.

The rooms they gave us were 322 & 416. Both quite a distance down corridors. My wife and I took 416 and basically unpacked and went out for the night. The following morning I opened the room window (Street view room) but was utterly horrified as this room is where the curved glass part of the structure is located. And a haven for birds.

The smell of pigeon droppings and mouldy feathers was absolutely disgusting. My wife at the time was in the shower - which incidently poured water on to the floor - and when she came out, immediately announced that we would seek another room. It was at this point we noticed huge patches of paint stuck to her feet. It appears that the hotel must spray some sort of paint on the bathroom floor tiles - but they should note that it isn't working!

We spoke to the extremely offhand desk man (Hubert I think) and after initially saying there were no other rooms available, he moved us to 404.

This room was better - until about six the following morning when the drone from the hotel lifts made sleep nigh on impossible. We found the beds hard and uncomfortable anyway.

Breakfast was very poor, on the first morning I was told that the problems were being caused by the fact it was raining. Bacon and sausages were greasy and lukewarm - and as for the eggs!
Tea and coffe was a shambles - just a lot of flasks on a table with nobody responding to requests for refills.

The indoor pool (very small) was available at 10 euros per person but the outrageous parking cost was completely over the top. If you let the hotel park for you it's 28 euros a day but if you prefer to do it yourself then its a whopping 58 euros per day.

You can park on the street outside but as there is no restriction on time - finding a space is almost impossible. Hardly any cars at all moved whilst we were there.

This hotel is not a value for money experience, as I wrote at the start we were doing an 18 night driving tour of Europe and this was the worst hotel that we stayed in by a long way.

My wife & I stayed for 5 nights from the 2nd Sept. We had booked a standard room but tried to get a sea view room on arrival, unfortunately this was not possible, however all the front of house staff we came across were particularly helpful (Victor especially) The room we had overlooked the town but was not noisy at all just slightly tatty but adequate. We found the breakfasts fine & staff helpful, however we don't tend to leave it to the last minute. The beach was clean well looked after with lifeguards in attendance & we were made well aware of the different charges for the beach. The food & service at the beach bar & restaurant were very good, not cheap but what do you expect at a prime beach location. All in all a pleasant stay probably my biggest grumble the exterior of the building, not very attractive to my mind & if you do have all that glass it has to be kept clean.
