We rented a room at Les Ombrelles a couple of nights before we were going back to Norway. The first couple of days we tried some other restaurants in town, but the last day we decided to try the food at the place we were staying. Apperently this was a great choice. The food was great, the atmosphere was great, and the man who owned the place, who took orders, served and cooked all by himself, is one of the friendliest people we met on our journey. While we were waiting for the food, he kept on serving us wine and liquior on the house. To make it even better he put on Pink Floyd while serving the dessert. This restaurant is absolutely worth wisiting if you are in Hyeres. A real experince!
