We've just had lunch in this nice restaurant located in the Frejus harbor. The place is lovely, sunny with some shadow under the little olive trees, the service is very good, everything is clean and well kept. The food could be better, tastier, up to the price. Fresh pasta home made (I make my own pasta), yes...but something's missing. Try one egg for 100g flour ! Put some more basil and some garlic in the sauce !
The charlotte de courgettes was tasteless, sorry ! The zucchini is not the most tasty vegetable and if you marry it with the brousse cheese, well, you got a double tasteless. The caviar d'aubergine is insipid ; add some lemon and garlic (yes, it's good) to wake it up and mary it with feta cheese and some cherry tomatoes, they go along very well. And please, prohibit the pain de mie in the kitchen ! It's a shame to use this dull ersatz of bread, not even for a piece of toast, when there are so many kinds of good bread in France !
The lobster was good, as it should be at 40€.
The conclusion is that this place deserves better food.
