Our 3-course lunch was very good value at just over 13 euros a head. Good service and well-cooked food. The mini-tartiflette starter was mouthwatering but was certainly 'mini'! However, the pork steaks and dauphinois potatoes were tasty and copious. The chocolate sweet was delicious. The only disadvantage was that these were the only choices with this 'formule' lunch, which is rare for any restaurant in Frejus. It would be frustrating to arrange to return there to find that the main meal was not to our liking. When I asked for the bill, I jokingly asked the waitress if the total would be only 10 euros. She smiled but then added it to the overall bill. She quickly removed it when I pointed this anomaly out.
