just popped to the port to get drinks & ice creams and look for a place to eat on Monday. This placed looked great and had some comfy seats to take a drink. We sat and waited 15 mins despite catching the eye of several staff we were ignored. Quite fancied a cocktail but there is a limited to how long you can wait!

Very limited choice of good restaurants in Golfe Juan. Overpriced and they all compete offering the same food andsome of them are a real tourist trap. Via cassia is one of the three restaurants owned by the Cassia family. This year, we got good pizzas and good service. Last year pasta and fish courses were disappointing. I would go again by default when we don't want to cook.

The restaurant is situated in the marina, away from traffic noise, and on a peaceful pedestrian walkway. The manager greeted us warmly, and made us feel very welcome. The food was very good, well presented, tasty and not overly expensive for the location. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere, staff were friendly and efficient, dessert was excellent. I would definitely go back

We ate at this restaurant several times on holiday as we enjoyed it there so much. The staff were so friendly & helpful. We had 2 children with us and there is a children's menu although with limited choice of 2 meals. Great location, we dined outside watching the world go by and admiring the yachts. Food was delicious! Recommend!

I honestly don't know which restaurant Paterson1 was using, but we use this restaurant all the time and I just don't recognise his description. Via Cassia is stylish, the staff are pleasant and the food is good and well-pressented. The restaurant itself faces onto a pleasure boat marina and the small pedestrian promenade which circles it, and diners have the choice of eating inside or outsidedepending upon weather. Parking is directly to the rear of the restauant, so diners seldom have far to walk. The menu consists fish, shellfish, grills, pizzas and pastas, (the mussels are always good), however, a fusiion twist is apparent in some dishes, as the proprietor is also interested in asiatic food. Many french people choose to eat here, and the plat de jour is always very reasonable.
