We went for lunch on a hot day and were pleased that the outdoor dining got a breeze and was shady. Very comfortable. The formule was delicious and very generous on food. We would definitely recommend it.

“Great Prawn Curry!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 18, 2013

We didn't want another Michelin star meal so we walked down the path to the main village, near the Police, and were seated outside on a balmy evening, for a casual value-for-money dinner. Our friends had a burger (average he said), and a salad (good). But our prawn curry was out of this world. Admittedly we had to put salt on the very mild curry sauce, but the 4 huge juicy prawns were unbelievably fresh and well grilled. We should have asked for veggies, but this is France, and most dishes don't automatically come with any greens. Ask for a table outside, if you don't mind the youngsters puffing away non-stop.

“Super, Friendly, Casual Spot”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 9, 2013

Two chums and I, on business in Monaco, staying at a local hotel, ate three nights out of six, here at Le Colette. The food was plentiful and good, the cheese board excellent, and we had several excellent wines at really good prices.
The Chef/owner(?) is a charismatic and friendly guy; his young son was a cracking good waiter, and the chief waiter was a young bloke who will go far.
This isn't haute cuisine; it's way better than that.

“Good quality, average prices for Eze”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2013

I was alone, the staff were very nice to me and I enjoyed my shrimp risotto - very fresh seafood. With bread and mineral water it was 20 euros for lunch.
I see complaints about the tourists - if course they have tourists all over Eze, it's hard to avoid them here. If you don't want to go to a "touristy" place, don't visit Eze. There is simply not a large population of locals in small villages.

“A fine place in the center of Eze Village”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 19, 2012

A fine restaurant and wine bar in the center of Eze Village beneath the historic chateau. The terrace is shady and the seating not too cramped, giving the guest some privacy. A variety of dishes and sandwiches excellent prepared. This combined with a glass of wine is a joy. During high season the village and restaurants may be very crowded, in September it was very reaonable.
