There's not much more than words can express than what other guests have already said about this fantastic property. Philippe and Marie Josee are some of the sweetest, most accomodating hosts that we've ever had the pleasure of staying with. This property will meet the expectations of the most discriminating guests...like us. I have many photos that I could share, but those on the website are the best.
We stayed in La Revere, and as the photos show, the head clearance from the tub is OK for anyone under about 5'6". If any taller, just watch your head! But this is a small issue relative to all of the many positives.

After a 2 week trip to France, our stay at Domaine Pins Paul stands out as one of the highlights. Philippe, Marie and Fionna could not have taken better care of us. Everyone need and desire was attended to. We will never forget those delicious breakfasts on the beautiful terrace with the spectacular view. Thank you!!!

Room Tip: A room with a view!

The South of France is perhaps best known for Cannes, St Tropez, the gaudy lights of Antibes and the beach-side charm of Juan-les-Pins. If you keep going a little further towards Monaco, you hit Eze, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu. a few really wonderful, historic French coastal towns. Domaine Pins Paul is a terrific place to stay if you have the time - it's perched on a cliff top with the most spectacular views of Eze, the Med and Cap D'Antibes.
It's quiet and peaceful. We stayed for 5 nights in September, the weather is still pleasant - low-to-mid-20s - and really enjoyed ourselves.
Philippe and Marie run a great place, there's a pool, outside seats, the rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms really quite luxurious. The house is gently faded but breakfast on the terrace is a treat and we felt very spoiled.
We'll certainly be going back. The trick is finding a week when they're not fully booked.
One final note, access is down a steep slope and it's not terribly wide. Our rental car was a Fiat 500, perfect. Some other guests drove in with a Range Rover and managed it so it can be done.

Our trip to the south of France was highlighted by the wonderful stay we had a Domaine Pins Paul. Phillippe and Marie Josee were very friendly, helpful with directions, and made delicious breakfasts for us on the patio overlooking Eze Village. The rooms are clean and modern and had everything we needed, including a wonderful champagne and wine fridge right outside the door. We slept very well since it is so intimate and quiet. We didn't go to swim in the pool but would have found that a bit difficult since it was chilly.

Room Tip: The room we stayed in had a round bed and we found that to be quite fun. All rooms have a great vie...

Fantastic Maison D'hotes runned by Marie and Philippe, with a STUNNING view of Eze, Cap Ferrat, The Med, Cap D'Antibes. It's a very charming house, facing one of the most impressive "acropolis" of France, the medieval Èze. Marie and Philippe are very kind people and Fiona is their charming dog. The rooms are very clean, the pool is very attractive (although we didn't use that), and the breakfast is a tasty french style: some bread, croissants, butter, milk, cereals, pain au chocolat, coffee/tea, jam... and some incredible french cheese. It's a perfect place to stay if you are planning to visit Montecarlo, Nice, Vence, Grasse or St Paul de Vence. Indeed a very nice place. I wish I could stay a little bit longer.

Wow - if you have never been to Eze, put it top of your list right now! Driving there is truly like something out of a James Bond movie, the hairpin bend roads are amazing, the views of the Med below as you get higher higher are quite stunning. Everything is full on dramatic and breathtaking at the same time. I had a couple of choices when it came to considering accommodation in Eze - there are the more usual suspects in Eze village which are proper hotels but also have a proper price tag. so thanks to Trip Advisor I also discovered the beautiful, fabulous Domaine Pins Paul high up in the hills looking down onto Eze village. it is a tad tricky negotiating the access road so take things slowly - but you will be truly rewarded! We stayed in the Saint Hospice suite and have to say I think that the views from this perfect little spot were better than the hotels in actual Eze village as you get the bonus of looking down on Eze village and also the glorious Med sparkling below you - views as far as St Tropez. Hosts here are a complete pleasure too and Philippe is very knowledgeable of the area. Once checked in we drove to nearby Menton for a late lunch via Monaco (a first for me, but highly recommended to visit just once!) - these are roads of pure glamour, glistening supercars and even more glistening locals!! Back to our base for a glass of champagne on the balcony and the most dramatic views of an electric storm out to sea. Finally dinner in Beaulieu sur Mer and the most stunning drive back up the hairpin roads in the dark - that is quite something. The suite itself is huge - and when lying in bed you look out of the window and can still see that absolutely jawdropping view down onto Eze village and beyond. Truly special spot to spend the last night of our 6 night South of France sojourn before heading back (grudgingly!) home to London. Before the airport we also took time to visit Eze village - you have to take this place in if you have the chance. the view from the old ruins at the top of the villages are incredible, you truly feel king of the world.

Room Tip: The views from the Suite will take your breath away - it's the most expensive room in the B&...

I miss Philippe, Marie Josee and Fiona terribly. Staying at Domaine Pins Paul was like staying with friends in the most beautiful location imaginable. Philippe and his wife are charming, warm and super helpful. They went well out of their way to assist us during our 4 night stay this past June. I agree with the other reviewers, words cannot begin to describe the joy of visiting and the sorrow of leaving their magnificent property. My husband and I have vowed to return one day. The Suite Saint Hospice is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. Thank you, Philippe for tolerating my French and assisting us with our rental car dilemma in Nice. Thank you, Marie Josee for your delicious breakfast, tarts and preserves. I had a delightful birthday visit with you that I am still savoring to this moment.
