We had the tasting menu in late april and as everything was good, they failed to "wow" me as I had hoped a two star Michelin restaruant would. I also missed a paired wine menu for the tasting menu. Overall a very classy and nice place to dine.

Great food, great service. Too bad it is located in the rather tired and run down Martinez. A real quality 2 star Michelin

Amazing food and wine, even the bread basket is a sight to behold with squid ink bread and all manner of delicacies that are incredible. Beautiful setting in a very sexy old art deco hotel - unforgettable.

This restaurant is an absolute treat for us when we visit Cannes. The lunch menu "Croisette" for EUR 68, which includes three courses, wine mineral and coffee is well worth the price. All the dishes are original as far as ingredients and presentation are concerned. The setting is breathtaking with service to match. It is a real 2star experience and we are never disappointed.

As an experience, unforgettable, but not entirely for the right reasons. The staff are faultless - highly attentive, friendly and ready to engage with their guests. The ambience is superb: we were lucky enough to be in the window looking out over the windswept sea-front. Art deco elegance soothes you from the moment you leave the walnut-lined lift into a wide corridor lined with statuettes, and on into a perfectly proportioned dining space. The champagne 'chariots' and the cheese trolley were works of art - beautifully and sumptuously designed pieces in their own right. And the food was served on the most extraordinary platters, many of them designed and made by the chef's wife. One snack between courses was served on a playground carousel specially made for the purpose: it was so elaborate that it was difficult to spot the tiny morsels of food which had been positioned around it! Indeed the food was almost a sideshow. Yes, there were highlights - a delicious amuse bouche of pureed artichoke and lobster, a wonderful chocolate dessert in a pistachio crust, a marvellous goat's cheese served with truffled honey, and the best macaroons I have tasted. But the turbot, a house speciality, was totally devoid of taste, and the scallops were nothing special. A starter of snails, frog's legs and a prawn-based puree was just too fiddly and was pleasant rather than remarkable. Prices were just silly. 600 Euros for three glasses of champagne, just two starters, three main courses, one portion of cheese and one dessert, washed down by water and a bottle of Bandol rose is really only affordable for tax-avoiding Monaco residents. I would not have missed the experience, but a return visit is out of the question. And my wife was unimpressed by the waiters crumpled jackets!
