Great value for money family-run hotel. You can reach the city center in five minutes by foot. We had a wonderful French breakfast with bread, jam, butter, croissants and great tea on the terrace. Each room is decorated with taste and very clean. The hosts are very kind and friendly.

I stayed at Hotel Pruly on 27 and 28 September. It was a business trip, I'm doing a startup so every euro counts. This fitted the bill perfectly.
The hotel is near the train station and main road into town. Convenient location rather than glamorous but the sea front is a 7-10 minute walk down the hill. You arrive though the front garden, which is beautifully kept and a great place to have a coffee (Jean Luc kindly brought that to me).
The 360 degree camera view on the hotel website shows the interior accurately - tasteful, traditional. I felt I got to know Jean Luc and his wife fairly well, they were unfailingly helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
Another reviewer noted there's no choice for breakfast, it's a standard French breakfast which is what I wanted. Can't see how you can complain about fresh croissants, coffee and juice.
The hotel doesn't offer step-free access so I couldn't return for a holiday with my wife. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotel Pruly if steps are no problem and will return on business.

We returned to Cannes for a short break to enjoy the sun and food and wanted a small value for money hotel in a good location. The hotel is a family run hotel and we only ever saw Jean-Luc and his wife. They are very attentive & friendly. The hotel is a five minute walk from Cannes station. We arrived at Nice airport and walked to Saint-Augustin station (nearest station to Nice airport) about 15 minutes. Single ticket to Cannes is Euro 5:90.
The hotel is very clean (free bottles of water are left at the bottom of the stairs which is a nice gesture). We stayed in a standard room which is small but we were not disturbed by any noise (would look to upgrade on a return trip). It is a bit like staying at a friend's house rather than a "corporate" hotel. We took breakfast (continental) at the hotel euro 11 each which is a competitive price for Cannes. This set us up nicely for the day. It is an easy walk to the Croisette and shops / restaurants etc.
Thank you to le patron Jean-Luc and his wife - a most enjoyable short break.

The room was small but adequate and had all the facilities. It is anolder property with character. We had breakfast there, not included, at 10 euros pp for a continental breakfast(no choice but good) provided by the proprietor himself, in fact he was the only person we saw on our 3 days there! he met us and fed us and was there when we came in for the night without any sign of other staff except his 2 lovely dogs! Parking is limited and a bit fiddly as it is roadside ut he help us and puts a cone and rail to keep it clear when you are out and about

Room Tip: Keeo a close eye on satnav or you will miss turning into hotel's road

We have just returned from this wonderful hotel and yes ,we will go back again. Enjoyed breakfast outdoors on the terrace , the rooms are very clean with fresh bottled water provided daily. Jean-luc provides an excellent service with lots of ideas for the day ahead and good restaurants. About 5 minutes from train station and the shops/beach - this hotel in my eye's is very good value for money.
