I spent two weeks at the Cannes Film Festival this year and dined at the O'happy almost twice a day. Fantastic breakfasts for a reasonable price, and free wi-fi to boot. The Bulgarian dishes are succulent. The owners, Dimitri and Christina, were so nice and pleasant, that I arranged to hold a small reception there for some film people. Pizzas, Blugarian finger food, veggies and plenty of beer and wine. Thirty people showed up and stayed from 8 to 12am, even though I had originally arranged for a 6-8. But Dimitri was so cool and nonchalant, the evening went off without a hitch. So if your in Cannes and want a decent breakfast , lunch or supper, check out this gem, not far from the port. Comes with a great view of the sea too. Thanks to Dimitri and Christina and all their other employees for knowing how to treat their customers.
