This beachside resto has been off limits for years because a series of people tried and failed to hit the mark but...since last summer and even more this summer the people now running it have turned it around and it's now quite a popular place. I've eaten there several times this year and enjoy the menu and the asian flavours they introduce to the salads, the tataki and even a japanese influenced tartare range of dishes. Add to that a sometimes excellent plat de jour and they might have a winner. What has to improve is the service. It's variable and usually friendly enough but lacking in consistency and sometimes in professionalism which is a pity. Love the cafe gourmand and the range of desserts ... Let's hope they will keep it a good place to hang out.
