We stumbled on this place for our final evening in Cannes, where we had found it difficult to find anywhere you could take children in an evening. My husband wanted a traditional French restaurant and we needed food the children would eat.
We chose to sit inside and really enjoyed the quirky atmosphere. As per previous reviews it is a set menu for €42 and you get a glass of bubbly, a bread basket, salami, pickles and terrine with salad for starter which was delicious, some smoked salmon with a shot of vodka and a choice of mains and a choice of dessert. Our children had the burger which they enjoyed although they passed on the dauphinoise potatoes, they had plenty with the other vegetables. My husband had duck and I had steak and they were both delicious. It did get busy but as soon as you caught someone's attention they were there and the English was much better than our french, although we did try!
The desserts were delicious, and I think we agreed this was one of the best meals of the holiday in a great setting,
