I'm staying in a darling studio in le Suquet, ...so am wandering around night and day. So many treasures - from the little shops to good to great restaurants...even a Careforre (tho their help lady is nasty). Best of all the Marche Forville! a fabulous and huge market, open every morning with great produce, meats, cheeses, flowers...everything you need for your day! Easy walk to le Criosette, beaches, train and busses, beautiful port. If you're coming to Cannes, consider staying in Le Suquet...you won't be disappointed.

The old town is beautiful, on the west side of cannes. Worth the walk up to the church at the top of the hill for the views of the port. Most restaurants close Sun and Mon here so research before your trip.

A magical place that you be able to take an over look to all parts of the small and beautiful city .. Cannes and its houses with its red ceilings and the French Riviera and the sea extended in front of her .... climb free but you need to book a ticket for admission to museums attached to the church

Lots of restaurants in this street close to the front. Most are rather the same as each other and expensive for what you get. Drinks even more expensive and over priced. A tourist place. Food is just satisfactory but no more. I have been to about 4 or 5 here and not much to chose between them.
