We go to Les Terrasses de Biot fairly often, and whilst it is not high-end gourmet dining, we have always enjoyed our meals there, and have also considered them to be very good value.
The menu is Italian, and has a good range of dishes to choose from. The excellent carpaccio, antipasti plates and veal dishes tend to be what I go for, and they are always very tasty.
The service has without fail been very good every time we have been. In a country where having friendly, attentive staff is not necessarily a given, this is a real plus!
In the summer, there is a lovely terrace out the back of the restaurant (hence its name), with pretty views down into the valley. A lovely place to sit out on a summer's evening with a glass of prosecco!
